TenderCheck AI is in early access. This page summarises how we handle information during that period. It will be replaced with a full privacy notice as the platform matures.

Enquiry data. Details submitted through the early-access form (name, company, work email, role, company size, tender volume and your stated challenge) are used only to contact you about the early-access programme.

Tender documents. No tender documentation is requested through this website. Where documents are later shared for a review, they are handled as commercially sensitive material within a customer-separated workspace, with retention agreed in advance.
